  • Where is the store based?

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    First off, thank you so much for your order! I am so humbled by customers, such as yourself, who put so much faith in small business! Turnaround times are posted under each listing. On average, Purses are shipped within 3-4 business days, Mini Packs 1-2 weeks. PREORDERS can take 3-4 weeks. This is because I need to get fabric printed and need to account for printing, shipment to me, and production time.

  • It says my order shipped but I checked tracking and it hasn't been updated.

    Storenvy notifies you when I print the shipping label, but that's not necessarily when the mailman picks it up, In most cases I print the label off in the early afternoon or evening, so it will not ship until the following day or two.

  • My order shipped, but has been lost in transit OR says it was delivered but I have not received it.

    I am so sorry! That is super frustrating! I've been in your shoes. Unfortunately once your order is within the USPS system, I release myself from all liability. I would advise you to contact your local USPS and file a claim.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  • Would you recommend your large backpacks for school use?

    Eek, this one always makes me nervous, to be honest. I know school backpacks go under a lot of wear and tear. I would say the standard backpacks are appropriate for kindergarten when you child mainly carries a lunch box and folder. But once heavy books and binders get involved, I can not vouch for how a Swankaroo will hold up. Swankaroos are great for travel, carrying sport gear, and early grade school.
